I had the most amazing results with my own Purify body reset back in Spring 2020, when my body was failing at every single level. I kept a diary of my 21-Day Purify Body Reset, and the results were phenomenal - in just 21 days, I experienced so many health benefits that I continued using the products, and trained to become a Purify mentor.  

Since then, I have gone on to transform my life - and some serious health challenges. I am 40kg+ lighter with a fitter, stronger body. My Diabetes Type 2 is in remission.

I have lived experience of cancer (Triple Negative breast cancer), longterm chronic health conditions including anxiety and depression, and lymphoedema. I trained as a hypnotherapist to offer dedicated HypnoMenopause and the Gut Health programs; I have also studied Integrative Nutrition and Gut Health over the years so this really must be in my DNA!

I also have a unique insight into using the Purify program for those researching (or having undergone) bariatric surgical interventions, such as the gastric bypass and gastric sleeve.

STEP 1

You will receive email confirmation of your booking. This will include information on how to confirm your:

Please kindly do this as soon as you can, so that your delivery isn't delayed. I do this all manually, to make sure everything is 100% correct.

Your confirmation email will also share with you a link to do your health check online - it is very simple to do, and will only take you 6-10 minutes. Please ensure you do this before Day 1 of the Purify Body Reset.

I will be in touch to confirm safe receipt of your health check and to arrange a brief check-in call - just for you.

STEP 2

Your kit will arrive by courier.

Usually despatch and delivery is pretty good, but it can take up to 7 working days at busy times.

3 days before the 21-Day Purify Body Reset begins, I will share another email with you which will give you access to

You will also be invited to join the WhatsApp Morning Motivation messages group (no chitchat: purely just messages from me each morning - and reminders of Zoom drop-in times).

STEP 3

Days 1-5: we ease in gently
We begin to remove non-Purify-friendly foods and drinks from our diet, and take 2 x Body Prime capsules with your evening meal.

Days 6-12: the intense phase
We follow the 7-day protocol (2 Biome Shakes will replace 2 of your meals each day).

Day 13-21: building on a new you
Continuing on with Purify-friendly foods, you'll use up the remaining nutritional supplements in your kit; this will help you to nourish and nurture the good microbes and bacteria in your body, while Biome DT helps to continue to eliminate the badies.

Day 21-23: health check
Complete the health check online again, and we'll arrange a time for a 1:1 call to celebrate completing your Purify Body Reset - and choose your next wellness goal!
